Frequently asked questions about ply lining kit
All of our ply lining kits are manufactured in house using a CNC machine to ensure an accurate fit for every vehicle.
What thickness of wood is used?
Floors and wheel boxes are made of 12mm plywood. Sides and door panels are cut from 6mm plywood.
What does a standard ply lining kit comprise of?
A standard ply lining kit includes floor, sides, wheel boxes and all door panels (upper and lower) where appropriate. Supply only kits come with all the necessary sealants, fixings and fitting instructions
What is the turnaround time from point of order?
This varies dependent on the type of job. Most ply lining work can be turned around within 72 hours from placing the order, nationwide.Jobs requiring bought in accessories may be dependent on supplier lead times, but in most instances jobs can be turned around within 5 working days.
How long does it take to complete the job?
A basic ply lining kit will take around an hour to complete.The time needed to complete more complex jobs is dependent on the exact specification, although most of the work we carry out can be completed in one working day.
Do you offer a supply only service?
Yes. We are happy to provide a supply only or a supply and fit service to suit customer requirements.
Do you offer a nationwide service?
Yes.
Do you accept debit and credit cards?
Yes, we accept most types of debit and credit cards, either over the phone or a chip and pin service when the cardholder is present.
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Do you open Saturdays?
Whenever possible we try to complete orders within our standard working hours.However we understand customer needs sometimes necessitate out of hours work. In such cases we will do everything we can to accomodate the customer.
