APPOINTMENT BASED.
Ply lining a vehicle effectively increases its durability, reducing wear and tear, therefore increasing its useful life and residual value. All our lining kits are designed and manufactured in house using our CNC machine and software. All our ply-line kits include Floor, Sides, Wheel Boxes, Door Panels are silicone sealed and have a protective aluminium strip at the door openings. We also manufacture plywood bulkheads and can supply steel bulkheads.
There are alternatives to lining your van with plywood such as polypropalene, correx and wizadeck.
We supply modular racking through our strategic partnership with Modul- System.
This racking system has been developed using high strength steel, which although is of reduced weight, maintains its strength and durability.
Added to this framework is a range of drawers, shelves and accessories that can be configured to meet your exact requirements.
Roof Racks and Pipe Carriers
There are two basic types of roof rack:
Full Builders Rack These have a galvanised finish to prevent rusting, ladder stops at the ends and a rear roller. They are secured using manufacturers locating points or rain gutters. Aluminium pipe carriers, sealed at one end with a lockable door to the rear can be added as an option.
Roof Bars Again these have a galvanised finish and have ladder stops at each end. They are fit as part of a set comprising two or three bars, depending on the make and model of the vehicle. Rear ladder rollers, pipe carriers or ladder clamps can be added as an optional extra.

Electronic Security
We install CAT 1 AND CAT 2 insurance approved alarm systems.This type of vehicle security can often reduce insurance premiums. All electrical accessories are fitted by VSIB accredited installation engineers. We also install stolen vehicle tracking and fleet management systems
Physical Security
Forms a visual deterrent to theft. A slam lock removes the need for a key to lock a door. Doors can be shut using a one handed action, which allows easier use whilst retaining security. A deadlock is an additional five lever mortice lock, which is key operated.

Beacons come in various shapes and sizes from a single rotating beacon to a 4ft blaze bar, the main reason for using beacons of any type is to increase visibility in poor light and weather conditions making it safer for the vehicles crew to work around it.
We also fit various other electrical items like inverters, split charging systems, various reversing aids & even plug sockets.
Seat Conversions We offer a wide range of seat conversions, all of which are EU/M1 Regulation tested and have 3 point diagonal safety belts. Three basic types are available: Fixed, Adjustable (mounted on tracking) and Folding
Tow-bars, Steps and Rear Impact Protection
We provide a full range of tow-bars and rear impact protection systems, that have been designed to comply with both Manufacturers and EU regulations.
We have in-house time served sign writers, with the option of traditional ‘brush and paint’ signage or computer cut vinyl patterns, in any design. We can now offer high visibility Chevron livery(as seen on the rear of motorway maintenance vans)

Our objective in converting your vehicle is to provide a strong, durable, lightweight and thermally efficient lining which can be fitted more quickly than other conversions and used with an array of refrigeration units to maintain regulated temperatures.To achieve this we use manufactured multi-element panels, which consists of a strong, light and waterproof materials pressed together under vacuum. The innermost skin is made of hard wearing GRP sheet of uniform thickness which is reinforced with woven roving and protected with an impervious gel coat.
Vanliners have been building van bodies for years now. Although our main products are van linings and accessories, body building was a natural progression and we now have experienced fitters who can make your specification a reality.
