Lining the interior of your vehicle increases it's durability, usability and protects it from daily wear and tear. We can line your vehicle with plywood, propalene, Correx and Wizadeck, ensuring that your cargo remains safe and protected and lining your vehicle can also improve the resale value of your van.
All of our lining kits our designed and produced in-house using our CNC machine, and include floor, sides, wheel boxes, and door panels. This is all then silicone sealed and features a protective aluminum strip at the door openings.
We also produce plywood bulkheads using the finest quality WBP grade 9mm plywood which is contoured to allow the full travel of your seat when adjusting it's position.
We can supply steel bulkheads too, and if your business requires, we can fit a false floor too- a great way for storing pipes and larger tools whilst maximising your cargo space.
To secure loose items such as tools and hardware supplies within the vehicle, we recommend incorporating modular racking. In partnership with Modul-System, we can supply a storage system manufactured from reduced weight high strength steel, which is both strong and very durable. The Modul-System consists of a range of drawers, shelves and accessories which can be tailored to fit your exact requirements.
We have an extensive range of roof and vehicle attachments to suit your business needs, from Full Builders Racks to Roof Bars, both featuring a galvanised finish to prevent rusting, they can be customised to fit the make and model of your vehicle. Aluminium pipe carriers, sealed at one end with a lockable rear door, rear ladder rollers, pipe carriers or ladder clamps can all be added as an optional extra to suit your specifications.

We currently stock a comprehensive range of products to ensure that your vehicle and it's contents are safe and secure. We can provide CAT 1 and CAT 2 insurance approved alarm equipment, stolen vehicle tracking and fleet management systems. All installations are fitted by VSIB accredited engineers.
Our physical security products include slam locks, deadlocks, Armaplate Lock Protectors and a range of window grilles/blanks. To safely secure the contents of your vehicle, we can provide a range of Van Vaults & Tool chests, and StrongBanks, FlamBanks and TuffBanks by Armor-Gard.

Our wide range of lighting solutions can cater for most project specifications- See our collection of Beacons, Light/Blaze Bars, Work Lamps and Tri-Lights. We also supply and fit Hand Wash Units, plug sockets (which give your vehicle an independent power source) and a range of reversing aids, from sensors to reversing cameras and dashboard screens. We employ experienced and qualified fitters to ensure that your ideal vehicle specification can become a reality, providing aluminum Dropside conversions, fabricated tipper bodies and hydraulic rams, and Luton van curtain side and body conversions.
